Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, geopolitics, and social dynamics to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive leadership and board-level decision-making
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers, keynote presentations, and immersive future-state simulations
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead workshops on future literacy and organizational resilience for senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, digital sovereignty)
- Experience developing scenario planning methodologies for C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or thought leadership publications
- Fluency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
