Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic foresight framework for 2026-2031
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Produce trend reports and competitive landscape analyses quarterly
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation
