- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using emerging tech
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or frameworks
