Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and business strategy
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on long-term portfolio positioning and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives
