Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state visions and implementation paths
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems to scout breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or conferences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
