Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech) and map their business impact
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic scenarios for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Design immersive future-state simulations using AR/VR and generative AI tools
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and trend forecasters
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar corporate transformation
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published author or thought leader in innovation/tech publications
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with generative AI for trend modeling and simulation
