Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for business adaptation in volatile environments
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce annual 'Future Outlook' reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and industry presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-identification track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or strategic frameworks
