Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop adaptive strategic frameworks integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Architect innovation roadmaps for cross-functional teams in AI, blockchain, and human-machine interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and climate-related disruption vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions using cutting-edge technologies
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech ecosystem development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development trajectories, and Web3 protocols
- Experience with scenario planning tools and strategic modeling frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or strategy journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF)
