Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic vision
- Produce quarterly trend reports on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech disruptions
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with our AI ethics board
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants for experimental 2026 projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (Harvard Business Review/MIT Review)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
