- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging workforce and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and adaptive capacity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in distributed environments
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
