- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent company vision at global forums on future-of-work and sustainability
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
