Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, trend analysis, and impact assessments
- Design next-generation business models and innovation pathways for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Deliver compelling foresight insights through executive briefings, white papers, and interactive workshops
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing transformational initiatives aligned with future scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles at top-tier firms
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change and future-proofing
- Portfolio of published foresight work, scenario plans, or innovation frameworks
