- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-state blueprints
- Author thought leadership publications that position clients as industry pioneers
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future forecasts to investor boards and C-suite decision-makers
- Mentor junior futurists on predictive analytics and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
