Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce strategic briefs for C-suite on emerging opportunities and threats
- Build proprietary trend-sensing dashboards using predictive analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into narratives
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
