Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to produce 2026-2030 strategic foresight reports
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in healthcare, fintech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Utilize proprietary AI trend-analysis platforms to identify pattern disruptions and inflection points
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise clients with annual strategic planning cycles
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published trend analyses or strategic foresight documents
