Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate foresight into development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
