- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI, climate tech, and neurotech domains
- Produce executive-ready trend briefs and innovation frameworks
- Advise leadership on future-proof talent models and organizational design
- Represent company at global futurism forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
