You'll have direct influence on $50M+ innovation budgets and mentor our next-generation talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology trend forecasts across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network of futurist, academic, and industry influencer contacts
