- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario-planning models with quantifiable impact
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
