Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead client workshops on future technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Produce high-impact reports on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Published thought leadership in future studies (white papers, journals, books)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
