Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into long-term business planning
- Produce forward-looking scenarios and risk assessments for strategic decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects focused on 2026-ready solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI, blockchain, or quantum computing applications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
