Responsibilities
- Develop multi-horizon strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping technological impacts to business opportunities
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and innovation ROI measurement
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, CES, and industry futurist forums
- Mentor junior futurists while building an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into executable business plans
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence landscapes
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- PhD in Technology Forecasting or related field (required)
