Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning documents for board presentations
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) with commercial potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish key performance indicators for innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
