Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech convergence points (quantum/AI/biotech) and commercialization pathways
- Design ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI systems and autonomous infrastructure
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Produce trend intelligence reports for investor relations and product development teams
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
