- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author annual innovation whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Oversee the implementation of future-proofing initiatives across R&D and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in technology trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant advanced credentials
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
