Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Produce trend impact reports for C-suite stakeholders in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 tech adoption curves
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and WIRED
- Advolve venture capital partners on future-proof portfolio strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or top-tier consultancy
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience developing 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar strategic decisions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
