- Forecast and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for high-impact disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design strategic frameworks to position Innovatech as first-mover in future markets
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
