Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global enterprises navigating digital transformation
- Produce executive-grade strategic foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, venture capital, and R&D institutions
- Translate complex futures research into actionable strategic recommendations
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps through 2025+
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trend Monitoring, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals preferred
