Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities/threats
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for executive leadership and board members
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating biotech, neurotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify market potential for next-generation technologies through data modeling
- Advose on ethical implications of disruptive technologies (AI governance, neuro-rights)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
