Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Produce scenario-planning models and risk assessments for technological disruptions
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry experts
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership content and trend reports for industry publication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
