Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ initiatives
- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and risk assessments for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on long-term vision and implementation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders to inform strategic direction
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scenario planning and trend analysis projects
