Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal trends through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-gen product ecosystems (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption impacts and market positioning strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, human-AI symbiosis, and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work topics
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementations
