Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning blueprints for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational functions
- Curate thought leadership summits with global futurists and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural transformation programs to embed anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-visualization skills
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for long-term planning
- Portfolio of published future-state frameworks or thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
