Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ vision projects or publications
- Experience in fast-paced tech or Fortune 500 environments
