Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ corporate foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation pipelines
- Advise executive leadership on emerging market risks/opportunities
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives
- Portfolio of executed future-vision roadmaps
