Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future business landscapes
- Design and implement innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles in development roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation summits
- Mentor futurist apprentices and build a cross-disciplinary foresight network
- Monitor emerging ethical frameworks in emerging technologies and shape responsible innovation policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic vision documents for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro interfaces
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and transformation
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurist publications or journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/SF)
