Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and tech convergence trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI ethics, space tech, and bio-integration
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions using emerging technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical shifts to anticipate disruption vectors
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or space commercialization
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience with neurotechnology or climate tech commercialization
