What You'll Do:

- Present findings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Pioneer ethical AI and quantum computing integration strategies
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 strategic vision roadmap with measurable milestones
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Develop future-state operating models for post-digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical autonomous systems
- Present foresight briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive organizational change management for future-ready culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of building future-state roadmaps (2015-2025+)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Strong systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
