Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for business continuity in disruptive environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development cycles
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging technologies and their commercial implications
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our innovation lab
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/FS)
