- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to translate future-state concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation metrics and track KPIs for future-readiness initiatives
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Fortune 500 leadership
- Portfolio of published future trends or thought leadership pieces
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
