- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive futures
- Develop proprietary innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 sustainability mandates
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts across industries
- Present future-state narratives to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or trend reports
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative communication skills
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational strategy execution
