Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) required
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
