Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to map 2026 market opportunities
- Develop predictive models using proprietary data platforms and AI-driven scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Author quarterly 'Future Horizon' reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring R&D teams on future-proof methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps at international conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
