Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying paradigm shifts across 15+ emerging domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test future business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings quantifying technological, social, and environmental disruptors
- Orchestrate global stakeholder engagements to validate and refine future-vision hypotheses
- Design and deploy AI-powered trend-detection systems for real-time horizon scanning
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's most critical challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight publications
- Mastery of horizon-scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
