- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for 2026 market conditions
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate adoption of quantum AI, biotech, and neural interfaces
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term strategic initiatives
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) required
