Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting industries by 2026
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for organizational decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on emerging technologies
- Establish cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts with predictive modeling
- Author white papers and frameworks that position our company as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
