Qualifications

- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional command of AI, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems with published thought leadership
- Demonstrated success in executing multi-year transformation initiatives valued at $50M+
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning platforms)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
