Responsibilities

- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, TED-style talks) positioning industry leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions aligned with 5-year strategic goals
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging sectors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and disruptor innovators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global innovation ecosystems
