Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional foresight working groups with global R&D centers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technological paradigms
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures/strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
