Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 3-5 year market disruption forecasts
- Architect organizational transformation frameworks for future workforce models
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-viable commercial innovations
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech societal impact assessments
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and future-focused industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in tech disruption forecasting (e.g., metaverse, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFt) or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented 3-5 year strategic vision initiatives
